Passenger Policy

Help keep our community safe. Please be sure to adhere to our passenger policies at all times while traveling with us. We observe all local traffic laws and ordinances. The following are Passenger Policies and general guidelines for chauffeured transportation etiquette. Your driver has the authority to make exceptions to these guidelines, grant or deny requests, and reserves the right to add additional guidelines and charges, within reason, as he deems appropriate. 

1. Please allow the driver to open and close doors for you.

This is an important part of the chauffeur’s job and shows that you respect their service. It’s also a way to ensure your safety.

2. Be Respectful.

Remember, while your driver is providing a service to you they are at work and should be treated with courtesy and respect. Likewise, extend the same courtesy to your fellow passengers and other road travelers. 

Abusive, confrontational, or threatening language and gestures will not be tolerated; whether directed towards your driver, other people, or used within your group. This includes the use of racial or discriminatory terms regardless of context. Everyone is entitled to a non-hostile environment.

3. No Smoking

Smoking in vehicles is strictly prohibited. Violation of our No Smoking Policy will be subject to a $100 charge per violation

4. Help keep vehicles clean.

We detail and sanitize our vehicles after each use for our passengers' comfort and safety. We ask that you help keep our vehicles clean. This includes ensuring that your shoes, clothing, and personal items are free of sand before entering the vehicle. Any trip resulting in extensive cleaning or repairs to excessive or deliberate damage will be subject to additional charges including cost of cleaning/repairs and service charges.

5. No outside open containers. 

We want your stay in St. Thomas to be memorable, and we are dedicated to keeping our passengers and the island safe as your designated driver. However, we ask that you drink responsibly and respectfully. If we observe that anyone in your group has exceeded a safe or responsible level of intoxication, we reserve the right to refuse any further transfers to public places and deny alcoholic beverages (if available on board) during your transfer.

6. Safety of our passengers, drivers, and other drivers is our top priority. 

Please avoid any loud, disruptive, or unsafe behavior that may distract your driver or endanger yourself and others in your group. Remain seated in the back passenger area and refrain from reaching into the front driver area at all times. Follow your driver’s instructions at all times. No horseplay or behavior that may pose a risk to you, your group, or your driver is allowed. Your driver reserves the right to terminate the transfer or refuse service if necessary.

Service Policies


Please provide all required information on the reservation form. Upon confirmation of your reservation, kindly provide a valid debit or credit card. Your card will serve as a deposit to hold your reserved vehicle and will not be charged without your prior approval.


Any cancellation received between 2 and 4 hours prior to the pre-arranged pick-up time will incur a charge of 50% of the fare.

Cancellations received less than 2 hours prior to the pre-arranged pick-up time will be billed at the full rate of the trip, including all expected charges.


We do not offer refunds for services rendered; however, client satisfaction is paramount to us. If you are unsatisfied with the services provided, we will consider partial refunds or alternative offers on a case-by-case basis.
